What Leaders Are Saying About The Forum

Welcome to the National Leadership Forum

The 5th annual National Leadership Forum will be held on the campus of Southeastern University on March 8-10, 2011. Each year the Forum brings some of the most well-known leaders in America to Lakeland, Fla., for three days of world-changing servant leadership training. This year’s highly-engaging conference will feature former President George W. Bush and Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State (2005-2009).

In addition to sessions of their own, President Bush and Dr. Rice will team up for a special session entitled "Teamwork at the Highest Level." The conference will also feature Franklin Graham, CEO and president of both the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse; Kurt Warner, two-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl champion; and Dan Cathy, Chick-fil-A president and COO. For a complete list of this year’s speakers, click here.

The Forum, which has sold out for each of the past four years, attracts hundreds of attendees, including students and business and church leaders from across the country. The conference offers lively panel discussions, informative Q&A sessions, and inspiring keynote presentations. Meet-the-Speaker luncheons, offered throughout the conference, provide the opportunity to hear select speakers in an even more relaxed and intimate environment and are often a highlight of the conference.

Seats for the 2011 Forum are limited and can be purchased online. Click here to register now.

Servant Leadership

One of the foundational principles of the National Leadership Forum is the concept of servant leadership, which operates under the paradigm that the best leaders are those who seek first to serve and then to lead. Servant leadership works to bring out the most effective in others and encourages leaders to respect, value and motivate their followers.

The Forum Has Made Me A Better Leader
“The Forum has taught me to be a servant leader. There are so many definitions of leadership it can be confusing. The concept of Servant Leadership advocated and taught by SEU and reinforced by The Forum brings it all into focus. It has made me a better leader in my personal as well as my business life.”
