Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, worked her way through undergraduate and graduate school as a secretary for a small business. She later became the first woman to lead a Fortune 500 company, serving as chairman and CEO of Hewlett–Packard from 1999 to 2005. During her tenure at HP, Fiorina led the reinvention of the legendary company, tripling its rate of innovation and transforming its cost structure and accelerating growth. Under her leadership, HP doubled its annual revenues to $88 billion.
Fiorina currently serves as chairman of Good360, the world’s largest product philanthropy organization. She is one of the most recognized business leaders in the world, is politically active, and serves on the board for the Initiative for Global Development and a number of other organizations. She is also the author of the book Tough Choices.
